But a girl’s gotta eat! When I first started meal prepping, I would easily become tired of eating the same food over and over again. I slowly learned that the more fun I had making the food, the more likely I was to eat it. Now a days, I look forward to meal prep days to try new recipes and new techniques for cooking. All the meals I make are super easy and do not require a lot of work. I like to add my favourite vegetables to every meal to help add flavour.
I seasoned and boiled the chicken in beef broth.I cooked the chicken for 10-15 minutes until the meat was soft and tender, which made it easy for shredding.
