Travel Journal: A day at sea

In aesthetics, the sublime is the quality of greatness, whether physical, moral, intellectual, metaphysical, aesthetic, spiritual, or artistic. The term especially refers to a greatness beyond all possibility of calculation, measurement, or imitation. It’s that feeling I get whenever I’m in the middle of the ocean, where I begin to feel extremely small when surrounded by the greatness we call nature.

My objective for every vacation is to drag my feet in the sand and float on my back in the ocean. Thailand was no different, so I hopped on a flight from Bangkok to Phuket to reunite with the island lifestyle that I love so much. While in Phuket, I visited Patong Beach, Naka Island, Phang Nga Island and James Bond Island. Nothing short of a sublime experience. Here are just a few pics while spending a day at sea:
